Hospitals, transport, supermarkets, convenience stores, bar´s, coffee shops and others are really very close. It is located 3 blocks from La Condesa - Roma on the fourth floor of a building of only five apartments (1 apartment per floor).
I have 1 parking space in the building and 1 car 4 cylinder Peugeot 207 (2010) that could be part of the deal.

My neighborhood is very quiet, and it´s located in a very beautiful and well-known zone which is very safe. It is close to La Condesa, the epicenter of nightlife and artistic of Mexico City. It has underground stations, train, taxi sites, restaurants, supermarkets and everything nearby.
We are a couple in our 30´s, no kids, no pets and we are very funny and respectful. We work in Advertising industry in Publicis Groupe, and we looking for a vacations in New York in december.
