Se trata de una antigua fábrica de pieles del siglo XIX rehabilitada. Con unos 500 metros construidos, ubicada en la parte antigua de Cáceres. Dispone de garaje, patio con pequeña piscina, terraza y chimenea. Cocina abierta al gran salón totalmente equipada. 3 dormitorios uno de ellos suite con sauna. Casa muy diáfana y luminosa.
