Our lovely two bedrooms apartment is located in a quiet street in the historical centre of Florence.
It is well situated a few steps from the Duomo, Santa Croce, Pza della Signoria, Uffizi Gallery and all other major sights.
The apartment has been newly completely and tastefully restored preserving all the charm of the 17th century typical Florentine building. Carefully respecting the original style, this flat offers you a cosy atmosphere and all the comfort of a quiet home located in the centre of the city.
It is well furnished and well equipped.
It is composed by a living-room with a sofa double bed, kitchen corner, 1 bedroom with one double bed (160x190), another bedroom with a 120x190 bed, one bathroom with shower, a lovely private courtyard equipped with one table and chairs. The apartment is placed on the ground floor of a small three floors building.
It can accommodate 4 persons.The famous typical market of S. Ambrogio is only 10 minutes walk.
Supermarket within 300 meters, San Ambrogio food Market 400 meters away.
You will have no trouble finding restaurants and shops as the entire area is full of typical restaurants, wine stores, trattorie and shops of all kinds.
The neighborhood is very Florentine and close to the flat you find a convenient supermarket, bakeries and trattorias/pizzerias with nice food and nice prices, a post office and banks, charming shopping streets, a pharmacy and a tourist office. The apartment is also close to the Biblioteca Nazionale, to the famous Santa Croce Square and to a nice small public garden where to sit down for having a rest. Car isn't necessary.
We are 4 adults and 2 girls of 13 and 7 . We are experienced homexchagers.
